Linear control valves

series MPV

 

The control valves of the newly conceived MPV series are
DVGW approved to the Norm EN 161 and with CE product
identification to meet requirements in industrial and residential
combustion systems. They are particularly suitable for the
proportional adjustment of combustion gas flows of the first, second and third family and of air.

The electric motor is unipolar
and bidirectional, with high static and maintaining torque
for 3-position-control, or proportional with analogic input
control signal: current or voltage change. A cylindrical plug,
linear featured, regulates the flow rate of the valve. By cylinder
rotation, the orifice size of the plug changes with, adjusting
the flow linearly. Three different orifice sizes are available according
to the operating conditions.

Modulating control valves serie MDV-B1…, B1…E

 

Modulating control valves of the series MDV are approved
by DVGW and certified according to the Norm EN 161 to
meet requirements in industrial and residential combustion
systems.
They are particularly suitable for the proportional regulation
of gas flows of the first, second and third family and of air.
The electric motor is unipolar and bidirectional, with high
static and maintaining torque for 3-position-operation. The
exact linear rating is achieved by means of particular, patented
shutter disks, rotating on the same axis.
11 different orifice sizes are available according to the operating
conditions.

Modulating control valves series MDV-D1

 

Modulating control valves of the MDV-D1 series are built
according to the EN 161 norms to be used on industrial
combustion systems.
They are particularly suitable for the proportional regulation
of all combustion gas flows of the first, second and
third family and of air. The electric motor is unipolar and
bidirectional, with high static and maintaining torque for
3-position-control, or proportional with analogic input
control signal current or voltage change.
The exact linear rating is achieved by means of particular,
patented shutter disks, rotating on the same axis.
Six different orifice sizes are available according to the
operating conditions.

Linear control valve

series EXA

 



 

Linear control valve of series EXA are suitable for linear control of the flow of gas belonging to the first, second and third family and air.

 

They are particularly useful to control very low flow rates and where the process requires very accurate and precise flow regulation and low hysteresis.
The actuator is piloted digitally and controlled by a voltage or current signal.

 

The EXA valves have the certificate according to norms EN161 and EMC according to norms EN 61000:2100.
